A station just for the sake of having a station bar, or so you might think. In the middle of the forest between Rumburk, Liberec and Česká Lípa lies the unfortunately but lovingly renovated station at the confluence of two railway lines and delights hikers and those changing trains or getting off trains with a solid, hospitable and inviting station bar. The old man chops wood or folds napkins and the quick, young waiters don't keep anyone waiting too long. Jedlová is a name, a concept and not without reason the mother of all station bars. Put a chair on the platform or unpack a guitar: everything is allowed here and everything takes care of itself. A piece of the good old days that have not stood still.

The station bar in Děčín is one of the most reliable dives, is open every day and is always the first port of call for thirsty railway enthusiasts when they arrive in the Czech Republic from Dresden. The cheerful music from Radio kiss.cz and the heterogeneous audience, from train conductors eating breakfast to thoughtful professional drinkers, complete the harmonious picture.
